Dishes of fish, as one otherwise knows only from the meat kitchen: Tuna
Tartar, Filetgoulash "Stroganoff", Chateaubriand of Tuna, Su-Shi
or Sa-Shi-Mi, Salmon and Prawns cured hot in the cure furnace of the
kitchen.
